From our understanding of technical construction and sustainable design, to our knowledge of project financing and change management techniques, we use our expertise to progress our clients' projects in a way that reflects their unique culture and bespoke requirements.

Our work starts from the very beginning – in carrying out consultations and workshops to identify precisely how an organisation works, and how it could work in the future, to improve efficiency and provide a stimulating working or living environment. We help to identify the most appropriate delivery options, obtaining project funding and appointing the most appropriate design team and delivery partners. Throughout the management of projects, we maintain our role as an independent safeguard of our clients' interests, ensuring that they obtain best value right from project inception to completion and beyond.

Sustainability is integral to our projects' long-term success, and is part of our company's strategic mission. However, for us, sustainability is not just about gimmicks, targets and standards – it is about changing the way an organisation operates, to enable it do achieve more for less, now and in the future. We are adept at managing projects to meet BREEAM, or to achieve the most sustainable solution that is affordable, reliable and delivers genuine long-term environmental benefits.

To assist in this, we carry out full and detailed assessments of our clients' current operations and work with them to deliver real operational improvements – not only through a new physical environment and efficient use of space, but also through improved ways of working and better use of resources.

We work with a range of clients, from charities and educational institutions to private companies and individual property-owners, in commercial, industrial or residential sectors.
