Brixton mixed-use community scheme

Our client aims to transform a large semi-industrial site into a mixed use residential, community and commercial development with community ownership. The £6 0million scheme will provide 120 residential units, a new community theatre and gallery complex, and creative units for local residents.
We provided project inception and financing advice in preparation for the appointment of a Principal Developer to take the project forward, including:
