We manage the construction and extension of houses and apartments, including specially-commissioned features such as basements, swimming pools, sport and leisure facilities, wine cellars and strong rooms. We also assist in sourcing and importing bespoke items and materials.

Our residential projects are coordinated by our Managing Director, James Briggs, who has worked extensively with private residential clients in Russia and the UK.

Our connections enable us to find properties which are not listed on any agency list, and to source properties before they go on open sale.

We will then work with you to transform your new property into one which meets your precise requirements. We will help you to select the most suitable designers, suppliers and building contractors to match your needs, and will then manage the design and construction team on your behalf right through to completion, including supervising the construction site to ensure that the highest quality and service standards are met. We also deal with UK planning authorities and obtain all building permits on your behalf, making the whole process shorter, simpler and better value for you.

	When we decided to purchase and reconstruct our new property, we had no previous experience of construction, or of the planning process. Brytangle put together a full set of technical building contract documents, managed a rigorous procurement process, and have dealt with all the construction issues for us on site, giving us absolute confidence in the quality of the building work.
